Established in 2001, Laiwu Manhing Vegetables Fruits and Provisions Processing Co., Ltd. is an export-oriented enterprise with agricultural products planting, purchasing, storing, processing, and exporting as a whole. Specifically, we are mainly engaged in planting, purchasing and exporting fresh garlic, ginger and potatoes.

Located in the Chinese famous 'Origin of Three Spices" (the origin of fresh ginger, garlic and Chinese prickly ash), our factory is covering an area of 66,600 square meters, which consists of garlic and garlic products processing workshop, ginger and ginger products processing workshop and the agricultural products freshened cool warehouse. With 26,000-square-meter total construction area, the cool warehouse can afford 10,000 metric tons of products. In addition to a 40,500,000-square-meter free agricultural base and 2 4,050,000-square-meter standard farms, the fixed assets of the company has reached USD15,000,000. The company's products fall into 3 series, which are freshness-keeping products, salted-steeping products and dehydrated products, which cover more than 26 breeds. Thereinto, the annual export volume of garlic is 30,000 metric tons, which includes 5,000 metric tons of fresh garlic clove, minced garlic sauce and other garlic products. The annual export volume of ginger is 20,000 metric tons, which includes 5,000 metric tons of fresh minced ginger sauce, salted-steeping ginger and other ginger products. The annual export volume of potatoes is 10,000 metric tons. And the total annual export volume of apples, pears and peanuts arrives at 8,000 metric tons. All the exporting goods annually earn over USD40,000,000 of foreign exchange. The company, which is a council member of the Chinese Garlic Association, has been honored several awards for the last 3 years, such as the 'Shandong Province's Best Seller of Fresh Ginger', 'Leading Enterprise in Shandong Province' and 'Exporting Star Enterprise in Laiwu City'.

The company has acquired the ISO9001 Quality System Certificate, Nuisance Free Authentication and the Green Food Authentication issued by Shandong Province Agricultural Bureau. In order to comprehensively keep pace with the international food security system, we inaugurate 2,430,000-square-meter land for GAP test base, which has been listed at the Province's Project and brought into effect successfully. It is planned that the area of the base will arrive at 8,100,000 square meters in 2005, and 40,500,000 square meters in 2006, when the all-in-one operation including planting, storing, processing, and exporting will be basically realized.
